Common questions
- My chart looks wrong. Check the birth time and city in Settings → Edit chart. An exact birth time matters: even 15 minutes can move your Rising sign. Ami calculates with the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine professional astrologers use.
- I don't know my birth time. Ami still reads your chart. Planets and signs are exact; houses and the Ascendant need the time and are set aside honestly rather than guessed.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Settings → Manage subscription. One tap opens your billing page, and cancelling takes one more. No phone calls, no mazes. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete my account permanently. It erases your email, charts, conversations, and backups, immediately and forever. You can also email us and we'll do it within 48 hours.
- Is my birth data private? Yes. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell data, full stop.
- A reading felt off. Ami reads what astrology says, not certainties, and she can be wrong sometimes. If something felt inaccurate or landed badly, we genuinely want to know. Email us the reading and we'll look at what happened.
